Arjun's Tour

Arjun wants to go on a trip with his friends. Arjun has booked P number of cars with 4 seats and Q number of cars with 8 seats. Write a program to
find the number of friends Arjun can travel.

INPUT
Input single integer T, number of test case
Input integer P and Q for each test case

OUTPUT
Output on new line to print maximun number of friends Arjun can travel.

CONSTRAINTS
1 <= T <= 100
0 <= P,Q <= 100

Test case 3: Arjun booked 7 cars with 4 seats and 3 cars with 8 seats. (7 x 4) + (3 x 8) = 52
