Flow of the new message Sent
-> On IVI Screen :

1. When you are on the main menu by pressing left or right you will reach to the Message option.
2. When you press right button from handle bar it will enter to the message Menu.
3. Then there are few option present inside the main menu a. voice search, b. favorites
   3A. When we select the Voice Search by selecting the right button for searching the contact search, when we give the input through the voice It confirm that you have search for the same contact. After selection of the contact two option will come one is Voice message and other is Quick message.
   3A1. When you go to the voice message by pressing right then it will start voice search for the voice message . When we give the voice message , it will reconfirm that whether you have speaker the same message or not. After that we got two button one to send the message and one to try again with the voice message. if we press try again means the left button then again it will ask for the voice message. if we press right button then the message will be sent.
   3A2. when we select the Quick Message then there comes a lot of message like "i am busy, call you after sometime" like this and press right from the handle switch bar to sent the message and when you press it then one confirmation message will appears that message sent and you will return back to the main menu.
   3B Now when we go to the Favorites from the message menu then we are there appears select numbers which can be done by the up and down button present on the handle switch bar to select the number on which we want to send message then two more options appears. One is Send message through voice and send quick message.
   3B1 when we select the Quick Message then there comes a lot of message like "i am busy, call you after sometime" like this and press right from the handle switch bar to sent the message and when you press it then one confirmation message will appears that message sent and you will return back to the main menu.

Flow of a new message Received:

On IVI Screen

1. Suppose when we receive the message we got a popup on the ivi screen and it will say message received after that it will ask that you want to read the message.
2. If you press right then it will read the message along with the contact name or number and the message.
3. If you press the left button then it will not read the message and continue to the work which is happing in background.
4. As we have read the message then it will ask you want to reply the message if yes press right else left button to exit from that screen and return to main menu.
5. If we press left then same it will return to the main menu and resume the work which is running in the background.
6. If we press right then it record the message and it confirms that you have told this message .
7. Again after the two confirmation there will appear to button left to try again means it will ask for the same means it will again ask to speak to send message.
8. If you press right then the message will be sent and you will receive to confirmation and return to the main menu and resume the background work.

-> On mobile Screen :

1. When you receive new message on the mobile application it show like the Sender Name/ Number (Messages) Along with two button one to read and one to ignore.
   1A. When you click ignore you will return to the Main Menu.
   1B. When you Read the message It will display the message with two button ignore and reply.

Requirement

1.New message notification: The system should display a notification when a new message arrives.
2.Message Details: The notification should include the sender's name or number and a preview of the message.
3. Message Reading: Users should be able to read the full message content.
4. Reply Options: Users should have the option to reply to a message.
5. Voice Reply: The system should allow users to record a voice message as a reply.
6. Message Sending Confirmation: The system should provide confirmation that the message has been sent successfully.
7. Main Menu Access: Users should be able to navigate back to the main menu from the messaging interface.
8. Connection with the New Message app in IVI
9. Contact Selection: The user should be able to select a contact using the right button. The user should be able to search for a contact using voice search.
10. Message Sending: The user should be able to send a text message by pressing the right button.
11. Voice Message Recording: The user should be able to initiate voice message recording by pressing the right button.
◦ The system should provide a clear prompt indicating when to start speaking.
◦ The system should record the user's message after the beep.
◦ The user should be able to review the recorded message.
◦ The user should be able to send the voice message by pressing the right button.
◦ The user should be able to re-record the message by pressing the left button.
12. Confirmation:
The system should provide confirmation that the message has been sent.

Calling feature :

On Mobile Screen

1. When You will receive one message That Who is calling with his name and number in screen and one accept and decline button.
2. When we call accept the call then on mobile app screen it will be two button present one to disconnect the call and one to return to the main menu.
3. When we press disconnect the call the call will be cut and we will return back to the main menu.
4. If we select the main menu then we will return to the main menu and in the call option it will appear the name of the caller. and when you again got to the call option it will return to the calling page with the same option "Hang Up"
