<h3>Irrupu Falls

</p>
<p>Irpu falls (Irupu Falls) runs down through the Bhramagiri hills located in Kutta village of Kodagu. It is a stream of Lakshmana-Theertha river and also a sacred place. The water jets from about 60m high and finally joins river Cauvery. The famous temple of Lord Shiva, known as the Rameshwara Temple, is situated nearby.

<p>Nice experience we can go near the waterfall. To reach the the view point it takes hardly 20min as there are 200 small steps. 50rs per person entry ticket. Please carry salt and detol leaches might be there. Do not litter the place thanks.

<p>A must visit place near Wayanad. The waterfalls was active when we visited during Dec 2022.
There is ample parking place and no parking fee! Entrance fee is 50 bucks per person.
The water falls is nearly 1Km away from the entrance. While we walk the distance, there is lush green on either sides. If we can maintain silence, the music of nature can be well heard. Climbing up the distance is a bit difficult for adults.
We need to be careful while walking near the rocks at water falls. It will be very slippery. Easily we can spend half day here. Once back, there are few eateries near parking area. Good place to visit with friends and family.
