Introduction

I’m Trinath Anantham, a technology leader with over a 11+ years of experience in software engineering on backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.

My previous companies are splashBI, Reputation.com, also i have my own startup called onecompiler, i am the co-founder of it.

Currently working as EM at saaslabs.

In my current role at SaaS Labs, I lead a dynamic billing and balance services with team of 12+ including lead engineers, senior softwares, softwares, QA, driving the design and delivery of complex billing and balance services from scratch.

I work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—product, design, finance, and customer success teams to align technical execution for given business goals.

I am also involved in people management, conducting regular 1:1s, driving performance improvement strategies, leading appraisal discussions, and actively participating in the hiring process.

I conduct PR reviews and design scalable systems and solutions to address complex business and technical challenges.
