Not sure about just compile, but you can compile and run.
Using onecompiler it is quite easy, you open onecompiler for C++, or visit https://onecompiler.com/cpp/, there is a button at the right side "RUN".
On click the button trigger compilation and execution of the program.

Outside of onecompiler, e.g. on your local machine, you need a compiler, like gcc or Microsoft compiler.
