Why do we get error, when we use

  1. SET SERVEROUTPUT ON;
  2. &number1, for fetching the runtime data from user.

In both these case, we get error, like what are the predefined things in Oracle APEX, Because, many times whatever we use in common compilers, gives error at Oracle APEX
