1. Is OneCompiler free to use?

Yes, OneCompiler is completely free to use. You can write, run and share code online without any restrictions. You can also use all other modules like Challenges, Orgs etc.,

2. What are the benefits if I register in OneCompiler?

Registered users can access an account dashboard where they can view their entire programming history, making it easy to refer to in the future. They also have the option to keep their work private.

3. Does OneCompiler provide any solutions for businesses?

Cancellation Policy

1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
2. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, and the account will revert to the free plan at the end of the billing period.
3. Cancellations are effective immediately, and users will not be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining days of their subscription.

Refund Policy

Monthly Plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. Once a charge is processed, it is non-refundable, and the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions, users can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. If a refund is granted, the account will be downgraded to the free plan immediately.
Note: Refund requests outside the 14-day window will not be honored.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider partial or full refunds under exceptional circumstances, such as:
1. Service Downtime: If significant service downtime occurs beyond our control and impacts your ability to use our platform.
2. Billing Errors: If there is a genuine billing error, such as being charged twice for the same period or an unauthorized charge.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds, if granted, will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
