How much free disk space we get with Amazon AWS Free Tier Windows machine?
How much free disk space we get with Amazon AWS Free Tier Windows machine after windows using some disk space for the OS Files?

With Free Tier plan you get 30GB of EBS volume. But if you choose windows server to install then the windows server takes up around 20GB of space and you will get around 10GB free disk space.
You can see the same in following image. I just created a Free Tier windows machine and i got around 9.2GB free space.
