Getting following error while running in local

Are you calling your local server with https? make it http. That solved my problem.

https://localhost:8080/foo/bar

to

http://localhost:8080/foo/bar

even after changing https to http its giving 404 error

With https I get the error mentioned above and with http I get 404.
