Not receiving Slack Notifications on Oneplus when Slack app is not running
I am receiving slack notifications only when slack app is running in background, If i kill the app or restart the device and do not open slack the notifications are missing. I crosschecked all settings in Slack, Slack room settings, everything is turned on there.

Its the problem with OnePlus' Oxizen OS battery optimizations, You can disable them at app level or for all apps. Following are the steps to disable the battery optimizations for slack.
- Goto Settings
- Click Battery
- Click on Battery optimization
- Search for Slack app and open it
- Click Don't optimize and save
