The problem i has was, i am having both Guava for Android and Guava for the JRE jars, and android jar was picking which does not have ImmutableList.toImmutableList() method. I have excluded the Guava Android dependency (this was a transitive and i don't need it) after excluding things started working.

This solution is worked for me. I have removed Guava Android dependency from testNg version 7.3.0.
Thank you very much.
