You are missing the @SpringBootApplication
annotation on your Start class which starts your SpringBoot application.
Change your code to following
package com.oc.springsample;
import org.springframework.boot.SpringApplication;
import org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.SpringBootApplication;
@SpringBootApplication
public class Start {
public static void main(String[] args) {
SpringApplication.run(Start.class, args);
}
}
